Accountant – Nurall & Lokastays
Location: Near Puducherry
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, on site
Reporting to: Founders
Nurall is looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage the financial operations of its real estate development business and Lokastays hospitality portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliations and financial records.
* Manage project-wise accounting for Nurall’s real estate developments, including vendor bills, contractor payments, customer collections and construction costs.
* Handle accounting for Lokastays hospitality operations, including room revenue, OTA settlements, expenses, petty cash and property-level reconciliations.
* Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash-flow statements, budgets and financial summaries for the founders.
* Track receivables, payables, statutory payments and vendor balances.
* Coordinate GST, TDS, payroll, audits, tax filings and other compliance requirements with external consultants.
* Maintain accurate invoices, contracts, vouchers and supporting documentation.
* Support budgeting, cost control and financial planning across projects and hospitality properties.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
* 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, construction or hospitality.
* Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, Microsoft Excel, GST and TDS.
* Detail-oriented, dependable and comfortable working directly with the founders.
* Must be willing to work on site from Monday to Saturday and be based from the Nurall site office near Puducherry.
