Accounts Receivable Specialist

Unemployed yet accustomed to working in a fast-paced work environment? LHH has partnered again with a growing organization in search for an temp AR Specialist. This role sits fully onsite and will last about a month long.

Main responsibilities of this 1 month temp AR Specialist role include:

• Accurately record customer payments, including checks, cash, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Complete daily cash receipt reconciliations.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly collection activities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any large ERP system.
• Professional with solid communication skills able to effectively interact with not only internal teams but with customers.
• Strong analytically, organized, and good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
