ABOUT SKILLCIRCLE

We are looking for a Placement Manager who can build strong corporate relationships and drive quality placement opportunities for our students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, recruiters & hiring partners. Generate internship and full-time placement opportunities for students. Manage the complete placement cycle — job sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers & joining. Organize placement drives, virtual hiring events & corporate interactions. Guide students on resumes, interviews, communication & career readiness. Work closely with trainers and internal teams to improve student employability. Maintain placement data, recruiter database and prepare MIS/reports. Achieve monthly & quarterly placement targets and drive repeat hiring partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS

2–5 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Business Development. Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, Marketing or a related field. Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination abilities. Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills. Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & CRM tools. Ed Tech/Education industry experience will be an added advantage.
