Select justified tests/models, clean and document data, check assumptions, run reproducible analyses, annotate outputs and explain findings without changing them to fit a preferred result.

Qualifications and prior work: Advanced statistics/research qualification or equivalent record; completed SPSS/R/SmartPLS/AMOS/SEM analyses showing assumptions, outputs and independent contribution. Verify each claimed method/software.

Initial sourcing and language: Pakistan, India and UAE first; language of explanation verified in English and/or Arabic. These are sourcing priorities, not automatic nationality or residency exclusions. Applicants must demonstrate the relevant market, method, discipline and language expertise rather than merely state it.
