High-Net-Worth family office with extensive history in land acquisitions and development is looking for a Land Acquisitions Manager to acquire land parcels across the state of Florida. The company mostly entitles and sells the acquired land for all product types including single family, multifamily, self-storage, retail and industrial developments.

To be qualified, you must have at least 8 years of real estate land acquisitions experience, including sourcing, underwriting and acquiring land for development purposes.
Base salary compensation is open and there is significant bonus potential paid as a percentage of the land acquisition cost at closing. Bonus is equal to 1% of the acquisition cost paid out at closing. xzbcwsv
