Job Details:

Responsible for overall Design and coordination of the project and tea m Work with the Design Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and productio n Lead design effort and client presentations, support client relationship s Collaborate with Design Manager(s) to deliver projects on tim e Coordinate with consultant s Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solution s Mentor junior and intermediate design staf f Produce graphic presentations, 3 D renderings, and construction drawing s Oversee development of design throughout design development and construction drawing s Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordinatio n Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning program s Participate in firm marketing, industry events and project interview s Collaborate with design talent across the firm to elevate the quality of our work overal l Must be able to plan ahead and anticipate the project's needs in order to maintain goals and objectives of the project, on behalf of all project team member s Must be able to execute strong follow through on agenda items and project issues to achieve a high level of desig
