Job Overview: -

Work Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Noida (Delhi NCR).

We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), integrations, and proven development skills in Service Now scripting and configuration.

Skill Set: Service Now Development, ITSM, Java Script, Integration (REST/SOAP APIs).

B. Tech/B. E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.

Required Skills & Experience: -

7+ Years of hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer. Service Now Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Service Now platform, particularly in ITSM modules and knowledge on Security Operations (Sec Ops) suite or platform is preferred. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Service Now Development including: Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, Scripting (Java Script Glide APIs). Integration Experience: Proven experience integrating Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Exposure to Integration Hub is preferable. Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and having knowledge on Sec Ops domain would be highly desirable. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid Model.

Key Responsibilities: -

Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions aligned with business requirements. Configure and customize core ITSM applications, including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB. To establish (develop) and maintain integrations. Develop and customize the environment involving Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Client Scripts. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices. Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and support for Service Now applications. Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
