Harnham, a global leader in Data & AI recruitment, is experiencing significant growth in Phoenix, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant / Sourcing Manager to help drive our next phase of expansion.
Over the past year, we've continued to build our Phoenix operation, expanding our team, strengthening client relationships, and creating new opportunities across our specialist markets. With plans to double the size of our team over the next 12 months, we're creating exciting opportunities for ambitious recruiters to grow into leadership as we scale.
This is a hands-on, player-coach opportunity (80% billing / 20% leadership) designed for a high-performing recruiter who wants to maximize personal earnings while building their leadership career.
With established client relationships, active vacancies, and a dedicated Business Development team generating new opportunities, you'll have the infrastructure to focus on what you do best: making placements, generating revenue, and developing a high-performing team.

What You'll Be DoingOwn and grow a high-performing candidate delivery desk across specialist Data & AI markets.Work on active client requirements alongside our dedicated Business Development team.Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and qualification through offer negotiation and placement.Coach, mentor, and develop a growing team of delivery-focused consultants.Drive personal billings while helping shape the future of our expanding Phoenix operation.
What We're Looking ForProven agency recruitment experience with a strong personal billing track record.Expertise in candidate sourcing, delivery, and closing.Previous mentoring, coaching, or leadership experience.A commercially driven, hands-on approach with a passion for developing others.Experience within Data, AI, Technology, or specialist recruitment is a plus.
