Talent Pool- Construction Manager- High Rise Building

The Construction Manager is responsible for on-site execution and monitoring of high-rise projects, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. Acting on behalf of the client, the role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to drive efficient project delivery. Oversee day-to-day construction activities at site for high-rise buildings. Support preparation and tracking of detailed construction schedules. Ensure adherence to milestones and timelines. Review the previous and on-going related studies and data collected. Identify appropriate design codes and standards in collaboration with the Design standards of Mumbai. Review of detailed Design for Civil/ Architectural works. R
