Assistant Superintendent

We are currently supporting a rapidly growing, privately owned integrated Owner/Developer/Builder in their search for a talented and ambitious Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent 2 to join their team in the DC area. The client we support has a reputation of hiring the best in the industry, developing staff internally and providing a platform to build some very exciting projects such as the current 400+ unit podium they have in the pipeline.

Key responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day site operations and project coordination.Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and jobsite progress.Support the Superintendent and Project Manager with inspections, documentation, and issue resolution.
Key Skills:3+ years of construction experience in multi-family construction.Strong experience in wood-frame projects.Familiarity with key construction software such as Procore/Bluebeam.Proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail. xzbcwsv
