Role Description

The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, promoting Jubilee Life Insurance products, and building strong client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Daily tasks include identifying prospective customers, conducting needs assessments, preparing and explaining insurance proposals, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and policy issuance. The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems, collaborating with internal teams for customer service, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, compliance requirements, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and negotiation abilities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills to build trust and retain clients.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of financial products or insurance services; prior experience in banking or insurance is an advantage.
• Ability to work towards defined sales targets, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
