Sr. executive / assistant manager – marketing & business development (api division)

The company operates three manufacturing facilities - 2 in Hyderabad and 1 in Vishakhapatnam. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Business Development (API Division).

The role involves:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities for APIs in domestic and international markets Supporting pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations. Coordinating with internal teams such as production, quality, and R& D to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and smooth execution of orders. Preparing marketing materials, maintaining sales and pipeline reports, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and participating in customer meetings, conference calls, and industry events. Building long-term relationships with clients, supporting strategic marketing initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility for the API Division.

Qualifications

4–6 Years experience in APIs (Pharma) marketing & business development is a must. Understand regulatory requirements and intellectual property aspects of pharmaceutical products Possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with domestic and international clients Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management abilities Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic, compliance-driven environment is expected. A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or International Business is an added advantage.
