Experience - 6–7 years of relevant experience

Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning & Business Analysis

: Support the Managing Director in evaluating business performance, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities

. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking

. Develop business presentations, reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews

: Lead and coordinate strategic projects from concept to execution

. Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables across functions

. Ensure timely execution of key organizational initiatives

: Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and executive summaries

. Compile business reports to enable faster and informed decision-making

. Follow up with business leaders on action items and strategic priorities

: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments

. Drive seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders

. Facilitate alignment on strategic business initiatives

: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process optimization

. Recommend practical solutions backed by data and business insights

. Support implementation of organizational transformation initiatives

: Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion

. Independently manage critical assignments requiring analytical thinking and sound judgment

. Represent the MD Cell in cross-functional discussions whenever required
