<p> Join a growing hospital-based wound care program at Northeast Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. This full-time Nurse Practitioner opportunity offers a blend of outpatient wound care clinic responsibilities and inpatient rounding while working alongside an experienced physician. The practice features a busy clinical environment, including hyperbaric medicine services, and is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. </p><p> Job Highlights: </p> <ul> <li> Full-time position with a schedule that combines outpatient clinic coverage and inpatient hospital rounding. </li> <li> Approximately 80% outpatient wound care clinic and 20% inpatient rounding responsibilities. </li> <li> Five-day work week with physician-partnered scheduling to coordinate clinic coverage and hospital rounds. </li> <li> Busy hospital-based wound care practice with hyperbaric medicine services and patient volumes averaging 1522 patients per day in clinic. </li> <li> Opportunity to round at Northeast Baptist Hospital and potentially other Baptist facilities within the market as needed. </li></ul> <p> Compensation and Benefits: </p> <ul> <li> Competitive base salary </li> <li> Health, dental, and vision insurance </li> <li>401(k) retirement plan </li> <li> Paid time off (PTO) </li> <li> Continuing medical education (CME) allowance </li> <li> Malpractice insurance </li></ul> <p> About the area: San Antonio offers an exceptional quality of life with a low cost of living, abundant sunshine, and a rich blend of culture, history, and entertainment.
