Director, HPS Solutions Finance Strategy Description - Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with strong experience in business partnering, strategic financial support, and long-term planning. This role will play a critical part in guiding business strategy and supporting the organization’s transformation toward Software and SaaS-based business models. Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and identification of recurring revenue streams across HP from a Finance perspective.
• Lead planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the recurring revenue across the organization.
• Allocates financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensures timely and effective delivery of financial programs.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the company for all financial and tracking metrics.
• Serve as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to finance and business teams on changes required in business models and reporting to support this initiative.
• Drive, develop and delegate deeper SaaS/Recurring Revenue knowledge and skill set across finance and business organizations.

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of prior people management experience
