BCI is seeking a strategic, resourceful, and highly collaborative Chief of Staff to partner closely with our Executive Director and help move the organizations most important priorities forward.
Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for BCIs Board of Directors, strengthening relationships, engagement, and governance practices.
Partner with the Executive Director on Board prospect research, pipeline development, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
Support the Governance Committee, coordination implementation of governance audit recommendations, and help strengthen effectiveness and governance practices.
Manage Board and committee meeting processes, materials, communications, and follow-through creating more proactive and efficient ways of working.
Act as a trusted representative of the Executive Director, helping prioritize and advance high-impact organizational initiatives, anticipating needs and translating ideas into action.
In collaboration with the Leadership team, help turn BCIs strategic plan into clear priorities, milestones, accountability, and measurable progress.
Advance Innovation & Special Projects
Lead emerging, cross-functional, or high-priority projects that need structure, momentum, and execution.
Significant progressive experience in strategy, operations, executive partnership, governance, organizational leadership, or related work.
Exceptional judgment, discretion, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with strategic planning, organizational development, or change management.
