Customer Service Officer

Overview:A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support B2B customers and manage orders from start to finish.

This person will track open and upcoming orders, provide customer updates, and partner with Sales, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to keep orders moving and resolve issues. They will also support new customer onboarding, respond to customer questions or complaints, and occasionally assist Purchasing and Logistics with purchase order entry and receiving raw materials into the ERP system.
Must Haves:3–5 years of B2B customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or a commercial environmentExperience managing customer orders and working across departmentsStrong xzbcwsv written communication skills, particularly through emailExperience with ERP systemsOrganized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesPlus:Oracle experience
