Retail Account Manager (RAM) IDT's Retail division is looking for an energetic, hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM). In this role, you won't just manage a routeyou will be a growth partner for small businesses. You will drive revenue by selling our flagship National Retail Solutions (NRS) portfolioincluding Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, credit card merchant services, and cash advanceswhile simultaneously managing and expanding our traditional telecom and financial services products (Boss Revolution) within your territory. This role balances the thrill of direct, consultative sales with the stability of consistent account management. In this role, you will: Drive NRS Product Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and existing retail accounts. Manage an Assigned Route: Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular basis, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
