Job Description
Job Purpose
Experience: 5 to 11 years of experience.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the discipline of Data Governance is driven throughout the Bank. The person will be responsible for developing data artifacts, monitoring and reporting on the Bank's data related policies, standards, practices, processes and ensure adherence to the same.
JR
Monitoring of Data Management/Governance Policies, Procedures, Processes, Standards and Control
Providing inputs and recommendation on Data practices, Data definitions and Data Quality
Escalation of any data governance related issues identified to the senior leadership
Managing change management processes in the Data Governance.
Understand data issues and Conduct root cause analysis. Prepare Ageing report on the pending issues and follow up to closure

SQL / Python / Java / Data Governance
Drive for results and follow up for closure. Attention to details Operations management Good oral and written communication skills Knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance concepts – Metadata, lineage, data quality, etc.Details
