Senior Associate - Monitoring and Testing Quality Assurance

Job Summary As a Senior Associate – Monitoring & Testing Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for independently evaluating the quality, completeness, accuracy, and effectiveness of Monitoring & Testing activities conducted under the firm's Testing Program. The role performs quality assurance reviews across Control Testing, Substantive Testing, and Continuous Testing while ensuring adherence to firm standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role will provide leadership and people management support, including coaching, performance development, capacity planning, and employee engagement for a team of QA professionals.
