The Sales Support Specialist will support the sales team by providing outstanding customer support by assisting with sales initiatives and strategies. Successful candidates possess the unique balance of attention to detail and the ability to provide MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Supports management team members and executives as needed. Performs all administrative duties for the sales team, to include assistance with meeting or conference planning and preparations Assists Inside Sales team by providing data reports and sales guides. Monitors sales performances through sales tracking tools and report progress to Inside Sales team. Attends virtual and in-person meetings and responds to emails to assist all territories within region. Regularly meets with senior leaders to provide updates on strategic deliverables and insights into client trends. Coordinates sales metric reports for productivity and key performance metrics Drafts presentations and reports for sales team Responds to customer requests on various platforms, including email, phone calls, social media channels, and chats. Provides customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales performance
