We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with clients.

This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) who are looking to build a career in business development and international sales.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.
• Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Handle sales conversations and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work effectively during US business hours.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and lead conversion.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate with clients.
• Comfortable working in a US shift.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, or similar roles.
• Candidates who are confident, ambitious, and interested in a career in sales and business development.
