Shift Timings

• UK: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM / 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• USA: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM / 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• APAC (Australia): 3:30 AM – 1:00 PM / 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Build Your Future in Global Accounting

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance where applicable.
• Manage regional tax activities including VAT, GST, Sales Tax, BAS, CIS, and related compliance.
• Maintain fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
• Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, and Australian Accounting Standards.
• Work on accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, NetSuite, and MYOB.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in UK, USA, or Australia Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and end-to-end accounting processes.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, NetSuite, or MYOB.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, IFRS, or Australian Accounting Standards.
• Experience in VAT, GST, Sales Tax, BAS, CIS, or other regional tax compliance is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in UK, USA, or APAC shifts.
