Base Salary: $200K
Practice: Aviation and transportation litigation for airlines, manufacturers, and their insurers. The work includes crash, cargo, products, and wrongful-death files. An insurance-defense background is the right way in.

Duties and Responsibilities:Defend aviation, transportation, and products claims in New York state and federal court.Take and defend depositions, including experts.Work crash and cargo investigations with the trial team.Draft motions and prepare cases for mediation and trial.Speak directly with carrier and manufacturer clients.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active New York bar.3–8 years post-bar insurance defense, products, or transportation litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.Depositions taken in the last 24 months. xzbcwsv
