What you'll do

Identify and reach out to beauty, personal care & fashion brands Pitch Austere Beauty — guaranteed T+3 payouts and inventory that stays with the seller Guide brands through onboarding: documentation, catalogue setup, go-live Own your pipeline and see brands you signed go live on a real marketplace

What we're looking for

Good communication skills — clear, confident, and comfortable on calls Freshers & final-year students — any graduate discipline English + Hindi/Kannada Self-driven and organised — work from home means owning your day Reliable internet + a laptop No prior experience required. Attitude over CV.
