Experience: Minimum 2+ years' experience

Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm (work from office)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation)

ABOUT THE ROLE-

Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India's leading K–12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-grade STEAM skill labs and hands-on learning kits. We are looking for an experienced and innovative R& D Lead to drive the development of new educational products, kits, models, experiments and technology-based learning solutions. The role will manage the complete product development cycle, from research and concept creation to prototyping, testing, curriculum alignment, manufacturing handover and implementation. The person will work closely with engineering, curriculum, content, training, operations, procurement, production and sales teams. The role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, product development experience, educational understanding, leadership and problem-solving

skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Lead development of new STEM/STEAM, AI, robotics, electronics, aerospace educational products Manage the complete product cycle from research and concept development to prototyping, testing, and launch Design safe, durable, engaging, cost-effective and classroom-ready products Align products with NEP 2020, school curriculum, learning objectives and age-appropriate activities Prepare technical drawings, circuit diagrams, bills of materials, product manuals and testing documents Coordinate with curriculum, production, procurement, training teams Improve existing products based on school feedback, performance, cost, and scalability Lead and guide engineers, designers, technicians

REQUIREMENTS-

Minimum qualification – post graduation, 2+ year experience in R& D, product design, robotics, educational technology or hardware product development Experience in prototyping, product testing, validation, documentation Good understanding of electronics, embedded systems, sensors, motors, robotics and mechanical design Working knowledge of Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Python, C/C++, CAD tools, and rapid prototyping technologies Ability to connect technical products with STEM, STEAM, AI, robotics and school curriculum concepts Strong problem-solving, project management, team leadership skills Experience developing products for schools, STEM labs, robotics labs, or children will be an added advantage
