Surveyor/Associate - Trading Valuation Oxford From £45k base My client is offering an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative, well-connected team that delivers a diverse range of Leisure and Trade valuation projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities Undertake valuations of a wide range of Leisure and Trade assets across the UK. Assist in the preparation of detailed valuation reports for lending, transactional, accounting, and advisory purposes. Conduct property inspections, market research, and financial analysis to support valuation assignments. Work on both single-asset and portfolio instructions, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met. Provide accurate, well-reasoned, and commercially focused valuation advice to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts. Support senior team members on complex valuation projects and larger portfolio transactions. Keep up to date with market trends, sector activity, and changes in valuation regulations and best practice. Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships.
