? Salary

₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience, skills & certification)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Boiler Operator to ensure safe and efficient boiler operations, continuous monitoring, and compliance with all safety standards in the plant.

Key Responsibilities

1. Boiler Operation & Monitoring

• Operate and monitor boiler systems as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  
• Maintain proper steam pressure, temperature, and water level
  
• Ensure smooth and continuous boiler performance during shifts
  
• Check and control boiler parameters regularly
  

2. Maintenance & Log Management

• Maintain accurate daily boiler operation logs and records
  
• Record readings of pressure, temperature, fuel usage, and water levels
  
• Report any abnormal condition or deviation immediately
  
• Assist in routine inspection and minor maintenance activities
  

3. Safety Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to boiler safety rules and regulations
  
• Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment
  
• Conduct regular safety checks before and during operations
  
• Report any safety hazards or equipment faults immediately
  
• Ensure safe handling of fuel, steam, and pressure systems
  

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and servicing
  
• Support production team by ensuring uninterrupted steam supply
  
• Communicate operational issues to supervisors in real time
  

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Boiler Operator Certificate (Mandatory)
  

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in boiler operation (industrial/manufacturing setup preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial boiler operations
