Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Commission-Based Compensation Most new Independent Route Owners earn the equivalent of $20-$30+ per hour, depending on route size, efficiency, and performance. What You'll Do As an Independent Route Owner, you will:

• Manage an established customer route
• Deliver and merchandise fresh fruit and complementary products
• Build strong relationships with store managers
• Maintain clean, attractive product displays
• Monitor inventory and minimize product shrink
• Complete basic invoicing and inventory records
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within your territory
• Represent Fresh Fruit 2 Go with professionalism and outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Current automobile insurance
• Reliable vehicle (SUV, minivan, full-size van, or approved vehicle capable of transporting product)
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable using smartphones, navigation apps, and basic technology
• Android phone (Wi-Fi capable) for route invoicing application. The android phone does not have to be connected to cell service but must be able to connect to WIFI.
• Ability to accurately maintain inventory and invoices
• Understanding of or willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
