Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at Doko Cafe in Dehradun. The Barista prepares and serves coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to cafe standards, while ensuring consistency and quality. Daily responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for pastries or light snacks, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation and seating area. The Barista provides friendly, efficient customer service, processes payments accurately, and supports opening and closing duties as scheduled. This role also involves restocking supplies, following hygiene and safety guidelines, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including basic coffee preparation, espresso machine handling, and drink customization.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests respectfully and professionally.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members and following instructions accurately.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills, including handling ingredients safely and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and manage busy periods calmly is preferred.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash, POS systems, and order accuracy is advantageous.
