TCS is Hiring QAD Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Pan India
Experience: 5+
Job Description
Expertise in QAD Enterprise Edition and/or QAD Adaptive required *
Expertise in QAD base modules like Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials required *
Experience of working on QAD implementation projects and/or designing solutions in QAD · Excellent documentation, communication and inter-personal skills ·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·
Should be flexible and open to short travels ·
Should Work from office only ·
Interact with business customers for basic new requirements and issue analysis. ·
Regularly monitor all logged issues.
Plan and prioritize workload among team members. ·
Perform root cause analysis on issues in a large production environment.
Assist in the development of work processes to ensure the proper and successful use of the applications. ·
Write unit and system test plans/specifications and perform testing. ·
Interact with project teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition to support after the deployment of new applications or new major versions and adhere to all stated company policies and processes. ·
Good knowledge of PROGRESS 4 GL Version 10.x and above
Good-to-Have ·
Experience in customer interactions in requirement gathering ·
Knowledge of any ERP application ·
Implementation experience ·
Knowledge of QAD add-on modules like AS, WMS, DSCP, e QMS, GTTE etc preferred ·
Knowledge of QAD technologies such as Qxtend, QRF, EDI, Bank Drivers etc · QAD functional & technical certifications
