Job Title: Revenue & Customer Success Manager Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Experience: 2-3 Years Overview We are looking for a highly proactive and relationship-driven Revenue & Customer Success Manager who can own the complete post-sales customer lifecycle. This role combines the responsibilities of a Key Account Manager and a Revenue Operations specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, revenue realization, and account growth. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable building executive relationships, driving renewals and upsells, tracking commercial commitments, ensuring timely collections, and identifying opportunities to expand customer value.
