We are seeking a resourceful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant in the Cancer Center! - Hours: 40 hours/week
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8am-5pm
- Department: Cancer Center
- Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI
- Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and business documents, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and support for divisional goals and decision-making
- Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.
- Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, while serving as a resource and mentor to office support staff and ensuring timely completion of confidential and high-priority assignments.

- High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work required
- 3-4 years relevant experience in office, secretarial, or administrative setting required
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative team-player approach
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and detail-orientation skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications desired
