Talentigence is hiring for a leading Life Insurance company.

Position: Sales Manager – Agency Channel

Location: Kollam, Kerala

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate

CTC: ₹2 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage an advisor network to achieve business objectives.

• Support advisor onboarding, engagement, and productivity.

• Drive customer acquisition through relationship-based sales.

• Coach and guide advisors to improve performance and achieve business goals.

• Conduct regular reviews and participate in business planning meetings.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Preferred Profile:

• Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Agency Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Field Sales.

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.

• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
