Civil Designer Location: Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: On-site (No Hybrid/Remote) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Civil Designer to join our engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil engineering projects, including utility design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, roadway design, and construction plan development. The ideal candidate will have strong CADD skills, experience with civil site design, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D and 3D construction drawings using engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D , AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit. Assist in the design of utility systems, stormwater management, roadway improvements, and site development projects. Prepare construction plans, profiles, and engineering details. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop project schedules and deliverables. Attend client meetings to gather project requirements and assist in translating design concepts into construction documents. Support multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree or technical degree demonstrating CADD proficiency . 0-3 years of experience in civil site design, architectural, or plumbing design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office . Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required). Experience with MicroStation V8i is a plus. Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applications is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA. Required Skills Associate technical degree with CADD proficiency. AutoCAD Civil 3D.
