Insurance PIVC / Welcome & Renewal Calling Executive

Experience:

1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct welcome calls for newly issued insurance policies

✅ Assist customers with policy renewals and follow-ups

✅ Explain policy benefits, premium, tenure, and terms & conditions

✅ Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required

✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company guidelines

✅ Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity standards

What We're Looking For:

✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)

✔ Experience in insurance telecalling or BPO

✔ Strong customer handling and objection resolution skills

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

✔ Ability to cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
