Our client is a reputed organization in the wellness and fitness industry, focused on holistic health, nutrition, and employee well-being.

Designation: Customer Support Agent

Location: Mumbai (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain lead data, allocation, referrals, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate client onboarding and PDMR completion for seamless program initiation.
• Handle CRM-related issues by coordinating with the IT team.
• Process refunds, program transfers, and ensure accurate backend documentation.
• Track installment payments, invoices, and coordinate with Finance.
• Maintain employee referral records and prepare monthly payout reports.
• Support daily sales operations, maintain trackers, and drive process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• Must have experience in the Healthcare, Wellness, Fitness, or a closely related industry.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success, CRM Administration, or Backend Operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
