Responsibilites:Design and configure appointment scheduling templates and rules in CadenceSet up patient registration and insurance workflows in PreludePartner with access center and front desk teams to optimize workflowsImplement tools to reduce no-shows, support pre-registration, and streamline check-inMonitor for eligibility, prior authorization, and real-time benefit validation
