Superintendent - $175k - $200k – Staten Island
Working on private work with civil scope, we'd love to talk to Supers who want to work on Staten Island with a focus on steel, concrete, utility and foundation projects.
This GC will rapidly promote people who are really 10 toes down on pushing work production and wanting to be the best. Last guy had about 4ish years experience and by his 6th year they bumped him to a full fledge super, paid him $185k and let him run his own $80M project. This is the type of growth expected here.
Any additional hours you work will get comped extra. You’ll get a vehicle allowance, bonus, gas & tolls covered, your cell phone will be covered and an additional commuters allowance. So you might feel a lot of things but under paid isn’t one of them!
