Role Description The Retail Account Manager is a full-time, responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail clients. This role involves overseeing client accounts, coordinating fitout and project management activities, and ensuring timely delivery of services aligned with client expectations. The Retail Account Manager will handle day-to-day communication with clients, prepare business plans and sales proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize customer experience. The position also includes monitoring project commercial performance, identifying issues controling the purchase and account day to day basis, and maintaining accurate records of account activities and sales outcomes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, retention, and account growth. Candidates should possess Business Planning and Sales skills to develop strategies, meet targets, and support revenue objectives. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to client needs, manage expectations, and present solutions clearly. Experience in retail, construction, or project/fitout management environments is beneficial. Expertise to work on tally, GST filing and ITR returns , manage multiple accounts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
