Job Opening: Team Member – VMware & Windows Server Administration

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Work Mode: Work from Office

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience: 3–8 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional with hands-on experience in VMware Virtualization and Windows Server Administration to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing virtualized environments, maintaining server infrastructure, ensuring system availability, and supporting business-critical IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter .
• Configure and maintain virtualization features such as HA, DRS, and vMotion .
• Manage and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPOs), and user access management .
• Perform server monitoring, patch management, upgrades, backup, and recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, virtualization, and infrastructure-related issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, implementation, and testing.
• Ensure server security, performance optimization, and infrastructure reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to organizational IT standards and procedures.

Preferred Certifications

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification (Preferred)
