Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist works closely with leadership to proactively address critical employee relations issues that are highly sensitive and require building trust and collaboration, which are key to fostering a positive workplace. This role serves as a point of contact for employees and partner with managers and Advisors regarding employee relations issues and corrective action.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred5-7 years of Human Resources or Employee/Labor Relations experience required3 years’ experience with employee investigations from inception to completionSHRM-CP or PHR preferredDemonstrated ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures consistentlyAdvanced knowledge of agency guidelines and industry standards as they relate to federal, multi-state and local employment laws.Strong conflict resolution and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationMust have valid driver’s license.Exceptional organization, time management and follow-up skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, bank employees and outside service providers.Ability to follow detailed instructions and a wide range of procedures requiring sound judgement. xzbcwsv
