Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and drive technology and data-related initiatives across our global environment. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to independently drive topics and initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience working in Agile environments, strong organizational skills, and a passion for technology and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of project activities and initiatives from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
• Drive technology and data-related projects, coordinating activities across multiple teams and ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across technology, business, and functional stakeholders.
• Engage and manage international stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and follow-through.
• Proactively drive topics, actions, and initiatives rather than only facilitating discussions, ensuring clear ownership and progress.
• Prepare clear and effective management and executive-level presentations, reports, and project updates, and confidently present key topics and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum environments, supporting sprint planning, ceremonies, prioritization, tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects and initiatives are delivered on time and within agreed scope and quality standards.
• Maintain a structured and process-oriented approach to planning, tracking, documentation, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and challenges proactively and work with relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
• Work independently while effectively coordinating across multiple teams, stakeholders, and workstreams.
• Continuously learn and develop an understanding of new technologies, processes, and ways of working to support evolving business needs.

Skills Required

• 5-8 years of professional experience with a strong focus on Project Management, Technology Project Management, or Agile Project Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with Scrum Master experience being highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present executive-level content.
• Proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to take ownership and independently drive projects, topics, and initiatives.
• Strong organizational and process management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
• Passion for technology, continuous learning, and the ability to quickly understand new concepts and ways of working.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix, and international environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certifications are desirable.
