San Luis Care Center in San Luis, CO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and resident conditions, and document accurately in medical records.
