GenMediTech is looking for an experienced Senior AR Specialist to join our team at our Satellite Town, Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex claims across multiple specialties
• Optimize AR and revenue cycle management processes
• Maximize reimbursement and reduce aging AR
• Identify payer trends and handle complex denials
• Support cleaner follow-up workflows and improve collection performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior AR Specialist
• Multi-specialty skills and experience
• Proficiency in billing software and RCM processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Cardiology and Nephrology will be a plus
