Attorney (Stamford)

An AmLaw 200 super regional firm seeks a senior- level associate attorney to join its transactional real estate practice. Connected to the Connecticut-based group, this position can be remote for a self-starting, disciplined professional. This group works with owners, investors, developers and tenants in a broad range of matters regarding COMMERCIAL real estate transactions. The successful candidate will have more than 5years professional experience in acquisitions, dispositions, investments and leasing (landlord or tenant), and real estate portfolio management. Financing transactions and lending experience is considered a plus, but not required. Candidates who have a combination of residential and commercial work will be considered.
