Duties: Client is currently seeking a Senior Technical Curriculum Developer as a contingent worker responsible for creating effective, technically rigorous training content across media to enable customers and partners to deploy and use the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate combines deep technical aptitude with instructional design expertise. You are comfortable configuring ServiceNow instances, writing scripts, troubleshooting lab environments, and translating complex technical documentation into learner-friendly materials. You bring hands-on experience in a SaaS environment and a passion for creating best-in-class content that empowers learners to maximize their understanding and value of the ServiceNow platform. This is a contingent worker role with an expedited onboarding period
