This role oversees a team handling dishwashing, pot washing, and tray return, ensuring all wares meet strict cleanliness and sanitation standards. The supervisor organizes workflow, monitors equipment, manages chemical and supply levels, and upholds safety and HACCP guidelines. They train and coach staff, support a culture of teamwork, respect, and service excellence, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient meal operations and outstanding guest experiences.
