We are seeking a proven business development professional who can bring in new clients, expand existing enterprise accounts, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and generate consistent revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new US direct clients and enterprise accounts.Expand business within existing client accounts through account mining and relationship development.Establish strong connections with hiring managers, procurement leaders, and vendor management teams.Develop opportunities through direct-client, MSP, and VMS staffing programs.Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and convert opportunities into active staffing requirements.Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to drive successful placements and revenue growth.
