Responsibilities:• Drive the testing and roll-out of new features for performance reporting• Investigate data discrepancies across systems to identify root causes and safeguard the integrity of performance xzbcwsv metrics• Partner with Technology teams to design, test, and implement new processes• Produce and present actionable performance insights and ad-hoc analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making• Translate complex performance and returns data into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership• Proactively identify trends, outliers, and opportunities in performance data and surface findings to senior stakeholders
